I have been a reader for as long as I can remember. Before Kindles came out, I was the one with a suitcase just for books on family holidays—it’s a badge I wear with pride.
A little over a year ago, I found spicy books, and my Bookstagram—Spice Me Up—came into existence. I reviewed, I ARC read, I beta read, and I alpha read.
To cut a long story short (because there are many more interesting things to read than my life story), I began working with a number of indie authors, and Spice Me Up Editing was born. In April 2024, I took the brave/terrifying decision to make this my full-time job.
In Denver (we survived), I met Kendra. To say we got on like a house on fire is an understatement, and after many long conversations, we decided to work together as independent contractors under the Spice Me Up Editing name.

I am an author, photographer, and artist who simply loves to create!
My years as a family and boudoir photographer have given me extensive knowledge of graphic design and digital editing techniques. I love using these skills to help indie authors release the best version of their book babies into the world with affordable options for interior book formatting, cover design, special editions, and even website creation.
I have been a client of the Spice Me Up family since the very beginning, and I am excited to be joining as part of their amazing team!
